scanner problems

I have been trying to scan my aunt's pictures but it only scans it at a 75% size when I want the size to be 100% size, so when I make the picture bigger, the faces on the picture would look fuzzy. I tried editing the photo for resolution and resizing but it is not working. I will just need to go to another scanner.
