I picked up my cousin this morning to bring her to work because someone slashed all 4 of her tires. That is so terrible, who would do such a thing. It might be a hate crime or someting. My cousin suspects it is her neighbor because of a car accident a couple of months ago. Probably they felt it was payback time for them.
