Plumed Horse

I had dinner at Plumed Horse in Saratoga. My favorite dish is the signature dish of the black pepper souffle. It was a 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Afterwards, we got the munchies from drinking a lot of wine, so we went to Da Kao for Vietnamese sandwich on San Salvador in San Jose. I talked to Vim yesterday, and I might visit her in Boston during the July 4th weekend.
