Miami Beach Club

Last night, after dinner we went to Miami Beach Club for Ruth's bachelorette party. I played badminton again at Sunnyvale, it was not so busy as last time.

I played badminton on Thursday and now I still feel so sore, it hurts just going up and down the stairs. I wanted to play last night but it seems like Westmoore High School cancelled the badminton open court session. I played in Sunnyvale for an hour and a half.

land auction

I went to the land auction yesterday with my parents and I didn't buy land because most of the land they were selling were in middle of nowhere in California, Arizona, Colorado, and Hawaii. Every hour they give out land for free, when you register for free, they put your drawing ticket in the raffle.

Sun: Auntie Anne's, I got the garlic pretzel which made me stink so bad that I had to buy yogurt at Fro Yo at the Stonestown Mall
Mon: Vietnamese sandwich on El Camino Real near Mary Ave.
Tue: Palace BBQ for Korean koibe beef.
Wed: Moonstar in Daly City for buffet
Thu: Udupi Palace for lunch on El Camino in Sunnyvale

Mary J Blidge concert

I went to the Mary J Blidge concert at Salinas at the Sports Center which was outdoors. The opening performer was Letoya from Destiny's Child. I didn't have to pay for the concert because my friend's boyfriends worked for the promoter and got us in for free. I had Chinese food four times this week.
For for the week:
Monday: Quickly in Cupertino for bubble tea, watched the movie Shrek 3, I liked the 1st and 2nd Shrek better
Tuesday: Tsunami for Japanese in downtown Mountain View, Clay Oven for dinner on Lytton in downtown Palo Alto, recognized that the waiter also works at Macy's shoe department
Wednesday: didn't eat out
Thursday: Tao Tao in Sunnvyale for lunch, Kirin for dinner, watched the Michael Moore movie Sicko which was really really good
Friday: Su Hong in Menlo Park for lunch, Eagle Chinese in Salinas for dinner

The Assassin's Touch

I had lunch at a really good German restaurant in Seattle called Feierabend. I read a good mystery book The Assassin's Touch by Laura Joh Rowland. Day recommended the book and I had a hard time putting the book down.

I'm in Seattle

I'm visiting my cousin Kito in Seattle in the capitol hill area. I went to the 24 hour fitness gym and ran 2 miles on the treadmill. I went to Chinatown for dim sum at House of Hong. It was okay. Then I went to Costco. I had soul food at Jones BBQ, the guy at the ordering station was so nice to let us eat there even though after 9pm, the place only takes orders to go. I liked the beef brisket and collared greens. Yesterday, I had lunch at Vung Tao on Milpitas Blvd in Milpitas, I really like the beef onion vermicelli dish. Tomorrow, I'm going to Tulalip Casino and the Tulalip outlet malls.

Ratatouille

I watched the movie Ratatouille which I liked.

Sunday: Zen Peninsula for dim sum on El Camino Real in Millbrae, dinner at Sheep King for Chinese hot pot on El Camio Real in San Mateo, bubble tea which I really like the papaya pearl tea because the fruit is blended at Broadway Bistro in Millbrae
Monday: it is a miracle that I didn't eat out
Tuesday: Bangkok Cuisine for dinner at Lytton in downtown Palo Alto
Wednesday: BBQ at Day's house, Quickly on De Anza Blvd across from De Anza College for pearl tea 50 cents because of grand opening sale
