pulgas ridge

I went walking with Kris at Pulgas Ridge in the Redwood City/San Carlos area. Yesterday, I had dinner with Kris at Korean BBQ Palace. On Friday, I had dinner at Monster Sushi in Belmont and then went to Cheesecake Factory.

tiramisu

I had lunch with my co-workers at City Kabob at the tennis center in Sunnyvale close to El Camino Real and Mathilda. We were craving tiramisu, we first went to Coco's but no tiramisu, then we went to Flame's, shot down again, we went to Hobees, still no tiramisu, but the host was helpful, he said we should try Faz for tiramisu, we finally ate it with a cream sauce on top.

botanical garden

I went to the Botanical Garden in San Francisco and most of the flowers were not blooming. It is better to go in the summer time. At least it was free, unlike the Japanese Tea Garden which I still have yet to visit. Before the garden, Kris and I ate at Bombay Garden in San Mateo, we shopped around Burlingame Ave. I had lunch at Ryowa with Xine on Monday, then I had dinner with Kris at Tofu House since Korean BBQ Buffet was closed.

hives

I broke out with hives on my legs, stomach, back, and arms for two days. I think it might have been something I ate at Togo's. I only had the BBQ beef sandwich and lentil soup. I have been sick for the past 4 days. It started out with a sore throat, then sniffling and the last stage of coughing. I called in sick for two days at work because I didn't want to get my co-worker's sick. I played mah jong and lost money. I had dim sum with my cousin Lard at Golden Wok.

nola's

Last night, I had dinner at Isobune for sushi in Burlingame with Kris. We sat at the sushi boat area. Afterwards, we watched Grey's Anatomy online. Tonight, I'm going to Maria's going away dinner at Nola's. She is leaving for Florida next week.

On the border for Heeral's birthday

We celebrated Heeral's birthday at On the Border in Milpitas. I had the spinach and mushroom enchilada which I don't recommend. It tasted like it was canned spinach and mushroom. The waiters and waitresses sang to Heeral. I had lunch with Maria at Yo Yo Sushi twice this week. Yesterday, I had lunch at Lee's Sandwich on El Camino Real in Sunnyvale with Hazel. I finally can get a Vietnamese sandwich close to work.

Falafel & Kabob

I wanted to eat Hawaiian food for lunch but the Da Kitchen near Shoreline Blvd. in Mountain View got replaced with Falafel & Kabob. I just ate there instead. The wraps are not so bad.

yo yo sushi

I'm so bummed that Maria will be moving to Florida. We had lunch at Yo Yo Sushi at the usual place. I'll miss the last minute lunches and watching movies.

mah jong

I played mah jong last night and I finally won because the last 5 nights, I lost my money. I shopped at Stanford after work.
